Looking to fill server / bartender / kitchen roles with up to 30 hours per week.

Thursday / Friday

/ Saturday availability is a must. Opportunity for a leadership role for the right candidate. Other shifts are available too. Duties Greet guests warmly, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with wine selections using knowledge of wine varieties and tasting notes Take beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process payments efficiently, and handle cash or card transactions with precision Upsell wine options and food items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area and kitchen, including bussing tables, cleaning glassware, and food handling responsibilities Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling small plates or garnishing dishes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons Assist with opening or closing duties, including inventory checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant settings, or hospitality roles is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems like Square is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items confidently Knowledge of wine varieties, food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety standards Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Kitchen experience or culinary background is desirable for supporting food prep tasks Excellent communication skills and guest relations abilities to create a memorable dining experience Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively environment, and ready to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
