Final Mile Team Lead eShipping, LLC - 2.8 Parkville, MO Job Details Full-time 7 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation High school diploma or GED Productivity software Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Position Summary The Final Mile Team Lead supports the direction and execution of final mile operations by serving as a key resource for the team. This role helps drive alignment, elevate team performance, and act as a liaison between Final Mile Specialists and leadership. The Team Lead plays a critical role in identifying operational gaps, supporting process improvements, and ensuring consistent service delivery. eShipping's Final Mile shipment department offers timely and reliable delivery of goods directly to the customer's doorstep. Leveraging integration and our network of local/national carriers, eShipping provides a last-mile experience that is seamless. With a focus on efficiency and transparency, eShipping provides real-time tracking and proactive communication, ensuring that every delivery is completed with care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following: Serve as a go-to resource for Final Mile Specialists, helping clarify priorities and troubleshoot operational issues. Lead weekly continuous improvement meetings with customers Lead informal team huddles or working sessions to align on daily goals and challenges. Assist in onboarding and training new team members, sharing best practices and system knowledge. Support escalations by coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve delivery exceptions. Participate in pilot programs or system testing to support continuous improvement initiatives. Create weekly reporting metrics to management Determine timely and cost-effective transit routes Assist in compiling performance data and metrics for team reviews or leadership updates. Train team members and implement new processes Other administrative duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is inside a central heat and air-conditioned office building. The noise level in the work environment is minimal.
