Part-time Wine Shop Team Member:

Duties:

Aid guests in locating merchandise with knowledge of prices and display arrangements Provide friendly and quality customer service Handling all cash register duties includes opening and closing procedures and operating a credit card machine. POS Square experience is a plus! Answer questions and offer suggestions to guests Keep work area clean and orderly by restocking and maintaining inventory, sweeping, cleaning countertops, etc. Handling minor customer complaints with understanding Helping guests with wine selections and tastings

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Must possess the ability to be customer-service oriented, friendly, and motivated to provide necessary information and assistance to our valued guests Have steady transportation Friendly and able to work well with others

Working Conditions:

Requires working mostly indoors Requires standing for long periods of time, lifting 50lbs or more, bending and walking Must be able to work on weekends and select holidays
