Job Description
Winery Production Associate Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Winery Production Associate to join our team. This hands-on position supports daily winery operations including sanitation, bottling, cellar organization, production support, and warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, works well in a team environment, and is interested in learning more about the wine production process. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the wine and beverage industry while contributing to the production of high-quality wines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, pumps, barrels, and production equipment Assist with wine transfers, bottling, labeling, and packaging operations Monitor production processes and help maintain quality standards Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished products Maintain clean and organized cellar and warehouse spaces Follow all safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse support Support routine equipment maintenance and report operational issues as needed Work collaboratively with the production team to complete daily tasks efficiently Qualifications Previous winery, brewery, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and positive attitude Interest in wine production or the beverage industry preferred Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to work in a physically active environment Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures Benefits Employee discount Store discount On-the-job training Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available Weekend availability may be required during harvest or busy seasons Experience Wine knowledge: 1 year preferred Work Location In person
