Our restaurant features handmade dumplings and noodles, wok-fried rice, vegetables, and other delicious delicacies. We only use the best quality ingredients and commit to exceptional customer service. Restaurant Kitchen Staff / Back of House Positions Wok Cooks Line Cooks Responsibilities We are looking for Restaurant Kitchen Staff (Back of House Team Members) that are skilled, highly motivated, and have a friendly attitude. Our Restaurant Kitchen Staff are the backbone our restaurant and will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and timeliness of our food while assisting other BOH functions, depending on the position. Kitchen staff are to implement our strict prep, cooking, and sanitation standards that will help us maintain high-quality dishes and cleanliness through the key applicable responsibilities below: Prepare and cook a variety of dumplings or dishes Plate dine-in dishes and box takeout orders Maintain a clean, groomed, and professional appearance Ability to stand/prep/cook/clean for long periods of time Cooperate and communicate with all other kitchen staff Support other BOH staff when needed Report to the Kitchen Manager and General Manager Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and internal protocols This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying the position. The candidate must demonstrate:
Proven restaurant Back of House experience Food Handler's Certification Hands-on experience in a kitchen Attention to cleanliness and safety Quick and detail-oriented approach Excellent culinary skills with a friendly attitude Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy High school diploma is a plus but not required Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)' '
