• Full-time Flooring Shop Woodworker / Moulder Operator Hull Forest Products is currently seeking a Flooring Shop Woodworker / Moulder Operator with strong growth potential to step into a key leadership role within our millwork department.

Position Overview This role is ideal for a skilled woodworker or machine operator who is looking to grow into a department leadership position. The right candidate will not only operate equipment but also develop into a team lead/manager, overseeing a small production team. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate woodworking equipment including: 6-head moulder, Rip saws, Planer, End matcher , Knife grinder Perform precision machining and maintain high-quality standards Manage workflow to meet production deadlines Inspect finished products to ensure quality specifications are met Handle raw materials and finished goods Perform routine machine maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Experience operating moulders or similar precision woodworking machinery preferred Background in woodworking, millwork, or light manufacturing Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and understand work orders and setup sheets Basic math skills (including fractions and measurements) Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Leadership potential or prior supervisory experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (with assistance when needed) Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay is $22-30/hour depending on experience.
