Monitor production metrics, address inefficiencies, and assist in continuous improvement efforts. Promote a safe and productive work environment by enforcing safety standards and best practices. Assist with training, troubleshooting, and maintaining team compliance with company procedures. Communicate clearly and consistently with other departments such as Planning, Quality, and Maintenance to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
