Full-Time Are you someone who takes pride in producing a clean, professional finish and paying attention to the smallest details? We're looking for a dependable Wet Painter to join our Finishing Department and help ensure our products meet high-quality appearance and durability standards. This role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, follows safety protocols, and enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces and materials Ensure a uniform finish free of runs, debris, or imperfections Read and complete travelers accurately Mix paints and handle thinners according to specifications Operate forklifts as needed Maintain proper paperwork and accurate part counts Use and maintain required safety equipment for wet painting operations Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards Your attention to detail and consistency will directly impact the final appearance and quality of our products. What We're Looking For Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Effective communication skills Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards Benefits $3.00/hour shift differential Paid vacation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Stable, team-oriented work environment Additional Information This position is not limited to the duties listed above.
