Worship Minister

Worship Minister Whiting Christian Church | Whiting, Iowa Whiting Christian Church is seeking a full-time Worship Minister who is passionate about helping people encounter God and grow in their response to Him. This role centers on leading engaging, Christ-centered worship while investing in volunteers and helping shape meaningful Sunday gatherings. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead weekly Sunday worship services Collaborate with the Lead Minister on service flow and direction Recruit, train, and disciple worship and tech volunteers Oversee audio, visuals, and livestream for Sunday services Help create worship environments that are participatory and theologically grounded Additional Ministry Opportunities Based on gifting and passion, this role may also include involvement in: Student Ministry Communications (graphics, social media, website) Outreach Discipleship Who You Are A growing follower of Jesus with a heart for worship A relational leader who invests in people Musically capable (vocal and/or instrumental) Organized, dependable, and collaborative Comfortable with (or willing to learn) worship and production technology Apply To learn more about the role, expectations, and our church, please review the full Worship Minister Packet .
