As a vital part of our harvest crew, you will engage in a variety of tasks that support the successful gathering of high-quality blueberries, ensuring the season runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities may include the following:

Raking Blueberries. Loading Blueberries. Assisting the Raking Crew Leader in the Field. Assist in the harvesting process by operating equipment such as harvesters and forklifts to gather blueberries efficiently. Support farm operations by managing irrigation systems and maintaining horticultural areas as needed. Handle heavy lifting tasks involving crates, equipment, or harvested berries to ensure safe and timely collection. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and machinery using hand tools and power tools. Supervise or assist with team members during harvest activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and productivity is maximized. Running a Scale. Requirements A great attitude! A mind for Safety - we take that very seriously! Consistency, dependability, a desire to succeed! The ability to work 7 days / week, 12 hours / day i a fast paced environment.
