We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Certified Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As an X-ray Certified Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will be responsible for assisting the dentist during various procedures, taking and developing X-rays, and ensuring that the dental office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care. Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment. Provide patients with instructions and education on oral health and procedures. Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow. Ensure the dental office complies with all health and safety regulations. Assist with general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid X-ray certification and dental assistant certification (or equivalent, based on state requirements). Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred. Proficiency in taking and processing dental X-rays. Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
