Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Advance your imaging career and make a meaningful impact by utilizing your expertise in general radiography and diagnostic procedures. This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated professional with a background as an X-ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist), eager to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality patient care.
Schedule:
13-week assignment Evening shifts: Five 8-hour shifts per week, 3:00 PM - 11:30
PM Qualifications:
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography [ARRT(R)] Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Proven experience in X-ray imaging within a healthcare setting Strong technical skills using radiographic equipment and adherence to safety protocols Ability to communicate effectively with patients and fellow healthcare providers Professional, compassionate approach to patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a variety of diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging results Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic information Ensure patient comfort and education throughout their imaging experience Maintain accurate records in compliance with institutional standards Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiologic equipment according to established protocols Uphold the highest standards of infection control and radiation safety This assignment offers a dynamic environment where your skills are valued and your expertise is crucial to patient outcomes.
