The X-Ray Technologist performs high-quality diagnostic radiological exams as ordered by providers for patients of all age groups including infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have strong OR and surgical imaging experience, including C-Arm procedures, and must be comfortable working night shifts in a Trauma Level I environment. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray exams following physician orders Operate radiologic imaging equipment safely and efficiently Provide imaging support in the OR using C-Arm equipment Assist with surgical and trauma imaging procedures Perform additional procedures within scope of licensure, including: EKGs Dexa bone scans Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during procedures Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow radiation safety protocols and infection control standards Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff Shift Details Most shifts are 8 hours, 5 days per week (Monday-Sunday) Occasional 12-hour shifts may be scheduled Some 10-hour shifts may be used to complete 40-hour work weeks Night shifts are required Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of X-Ray Technologist experience Previous travel assignment experience required ARRT Certification required BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required Strong OR and surgical imaging skills with C-Arm experience Trauma Level I experience required Experience working with all patient populations

Pay:

$2,500.00 - $2,750.00 per week
