Yard Associate

Job Description This position consists of loading and unloading trucks for the company and customers, replenish or move products at the branch as directed, blocking and organizing plants (to ease customer service and inventory counts), assist customers with product selections and provide support when needed, watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing plants. This team member will help with housekeeping and yard maintenance. They will also learn how to repair irrigation breaks and leaks. Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be self-motivated and punctual Must work well with a team Plant identification and knowledge are a plus Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus Forklift/Skidsteer/ Loader operating experience is a plus
