Young Toddler Lead Teacher

Milestones Early Learning is now hiring for full-time Toddler Lead teacher at our Wilson Location. Responsibilities and Duties Planning and implementing enriching lesson plans in line with early childhood standards. Caring for and engaging with children age 1 to 2 years in authentic learning experiences through play, establishing & maintaining positive family, child, and staff relationships, and ensuring safety and highest quality childcare. Qualifications and Skills Ideal candidates will be caring, dependable, and enthusiastic, motivated, and work well in a team-oriented environment. Applicants must possess the following required qualifications/credentials: Associates/Bachelors Degree in child development, early childhood education, or related field OR current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential Professional experience working with children or in early childhood/elementary education Current TB test or ability to obtain Clear criminal background check Current CPR/First Aid certification
