Our digital dentistry office includes digital scanners, a 3D printer, CAD/CAM for same-day crowns, and digital X-rays. More importantly, we are a close-knit team that genuinely cares about our patients and each other. We want a Dental Assistant who is sharp, skilled, and ready to be the person the whole team counts on.

★ Makes patients feel safe, seen, and cared for, especially the nervous ones ★ Can read the room, anticipate the doctor's next move, and keep the appointment flowing ★ Cares about clean rooms, tight documentation, and the tiny details that make a big difference ★ Likes being busy but does not like chaos ★ Brings good energy and a positive attitude ★ Helps teammates because that is how a great dental office actually works ★ Is proud to be a Dental Assistant, and wants to keep getting better at it What you will do: Clinical Support ▪ Assist the doctor chairside with precision and anticipation: true, efficient four-handed dentistry ▪ Sterilize and maintain instruments, handpieces, and equipment ▪ Take and document dental X-rays accurately, safely, and with patient comfort in mind ▪ Support same-day dentistry workflows: digital scanning, CAD/CAM, and same-day crown technology ▪ Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and ready from the first patient to the last Patient Experience ▪ Welcome patients warmly and help ease anxiety from the moment they arrive ▪ Provide clear, patient-friendly education on oral hygiene, treatment, and post-op care ▪ Be a calm, trusted presence for patients who are nervous, and a confident one for patients who are not Team & Operations ▪ Maintain accurate, complete chart notes, records, and documentation ▪ Support scheduling, phones, patient flow, and inventory when the team needs it ▪ Contribute to a culture where compassion, excellence, and reliability are the baseline, not the exception You're our person if: ✔ You have at least 1 years of dental assisting experience ✔ You hold Washington Dental Assistant Registration or can get it before start time ✔ Your chairside skills are solid and you do not need to be told what to hand next ✔ Digital X-rays and practice management software do not slow you down ✔ Patients feel better after talking to you; it is just a gift you have ✔ Experience with digital scans; we will also train the right person Send us your resume and a short note about yourself.
