Job description Youth Baseball Camp Coach - Mission Viejo, CA | Angels Baseball & Softball Camps Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Youth Baseball Camp Coaches in Mission Viejo, CA for our summer camps serving families across South Orange County .If you enjoy working with kids, love the game of baseball or softball, and want to make a meaningful impact during the summer, this coaching role is a great opportunity. Our camps focus on skill development, teamwork, and helping young athletes build confidence both on and off the field. Angels Camps provides the curriculum, equipment, and training. Learn more about our camps at Perks of the Job Spend the summer outdoors working with young athletes Share your knowledge of baseball and softball fundamentals Make a lasting impact in the lives of youth ages 4-13 Help campers develop a passion for the game and the Los Angeles Angels Celebrate the season at our end-of-summer rally at Angels Stadium What We Look For in Coaches Experience working with children ages 4-13 Baseball or softball coaching and/or playing experience (high school level or higher preferred) Positive attitude and high energy Ability to lead groups of campers in a structured setting Strong character, reliability, and accountability A genuine passion for youth development Responsibilities Ensure a safe and supportive camp environment Lead and assist with drills, games, and skill stations Motivate campers to participate and have fun Deliver the Angels Baseball Camps curriculum Provide encouragement and constructive coaching feedback Recognize teachable moments that help campers grow Job Requirements Monday-Friday schedule, approximately 8 hours per day Preferred commitment of 4-6 weeks Camp season runs July 6 - August 14, 2026 Reliable transportation required Ability to pass a background check

$22/hour

$18.50/hour College Student /

Recent Graduate:
