This part-time position (20-25 hours per week) offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with young people and their families while helping lead a vibrant ministry grounded in faith, fellowship, service, and fun. The Director will coordinate and lead ministries for children, middle school, and senior high youth through activities such as retreats, mission opportunities, fellowship gatherings, Vacation Bible School, Kingdom Kids events, Sunday morning engagement, and special family events throughout the year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong Christian faith, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a genuine sense of calling to work with children and youth, and have the ability to pass a background check. Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church values collaboration, creativity, and congregational involvement, and seeks someone who will be an encouraging and visible presence in the life of the church.
