Compensation:
Program Director (30 hrs/week): $23/hour + full benefits Youth Development Professional (YDP): Starting at $20/hour +Part-Time benefits (19 hours a week)

Non-Profit Youth Development Help Us Build Something Incredible on Molokaʻi Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui is opening a NEW Club on Molokaʻi, and we are hiring a full youth development team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape programs, culture, and experiences from the ground up while making a lasting impact in the lives of Molokaʻi youth. If you believe in mentorship, positive youth development, and creating safe, inspiring spaces for keiki to grow and thrive, we would love to meet you. Open Positions Program Director (30 Hours / Full-Time Benefits Eligible) Design and lead engaging youth programs focused on leadership, academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development. Support staff supervision and daily clubhouse programming. Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) (PT 19 hours a week) Work directly with youth leading activities, mentoring members, supporting behavior management, and creating safe, fun, and structured daily programming.
