What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems 480V and below supporting aggregate production equipment at Francesville and Monon, IN locations. Install and inspect wiring, controls, motors, and instrumentation to ensure safe, reliable operation Partner with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance Follow safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable electrical codes at all times Document work completed and contribute to continuous improvement efforts What Are We Looking For Demonstrated capability working with industrial electrical systems, controls, and motor drives Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently Working knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and compliance requirements Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals Collaborative mindset with clear communication and a commitment to safe work practices Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
