We're looking for a dependable and motivated Low Voltage Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll install, service, and maintain low voltage systems for commercial and/or residential customers while delivering excellent customer service. What You'll Do Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage systems including: Security alarms Surveillance camera systems (CCTV) Access control systems Fire alarm systems Perform field service calls and diagnose system issues efficiently Run wiring, mount equipment, and test system functionality Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and company safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and provide outstanding service Accurately document installations, repairs, and service work Stay current on evolving technology and industry best practices What We're Looking For Experience in low voltage, electrical, security, or related field preferred Knowledge of CCTV, access control, security, or fire alarm systems Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently Comfortable using tools, ladders, and working in different environments Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Why Join Us?
