Friday Weekly Guarantee:

40 hours

Patient Ratio:

1:1 individualized sessions

Unit Size:

25 beds No weekends or on-call required

Key Qualifications:

Valid Indiana state PT license Current CPR certification At least 1 year of outpatient, orthopedics, or generalized therapy experience Flexibility to float between outpatient centers Strong teamwork orientation and adaptability Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care for orthopedic, neuro, and debility cases Employ modalities such as ultrasound, E-stim, and Lite Gait Participate in continuous learning and EMR onboarding Foster a collaborative, positive work environment Maintain professional dress standards (charcoal gray scrubs)
