Washougal School District Summer School 2026 K-3th grade (students entering grades 1st

• 4th) Teacher days: June 23 to June 25 and July 30 to July 2, and July 7 to July 9, 2026, Tuesday
• Thursday Hours 8:30 am
• 12:30 pm (4 hours per day), student attendance 9 am
• 12 pm

Location:

Gause Elementary

Purpose:

Teachers will provide targeted instruction to support K-3 students (students entering grades 1st

• 4th) in retaining and enhancing reading and math skills.

Teachers will create multiple opportunities for learning, including small group, whole group and computer-based learning, in a positive, educational climate. Per diem rate of pay Previous summer school experience preferred. Elementary school experience preferred SONDAY experience requested State on the "request for transfer" form your grade level preference.
