Green Bay Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in recycling, warehouse, or materials handling is a plus Basic understanding of electronic devices and components is helpful Stand for duration of shift and lift to 50lbs on a regular basis Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

Inspect and sort incoming electronic waste (e-waste), including computers, monitors, printers, mobile devices, cables, and other consumer electronics Separate electronic components based on material type (plastic, metal, circuit boards, batteries, etc.) Identify items suitable for reuse, resale, refurbishment, or specialized recycling Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Disassembly of electronic components Operate basic tools and equipment safely (e.g., screwdrivers, wire cutters, pallet jacks) Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly processing goals
