2 Year + Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are growing and looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who can confidently manage cases from intake through litigation and resolution. Position Overview This position requires a paralegal who is comfortable handling both pre-litigation and litigation responsibilities, working closely with the attorney to move cases efficiently and strategically from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Manage case from intake through resolution
• Walk with clients through medical care phase
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, and liens
• Communicate with clients, providers, and adjusters
• Draft demand packages
• Track treatment progress
• Manage case through complete litigation phase Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years personal injury experience
• Experience with all aspects of litigation
• Very strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with case management software (preferred Needles or NEOS) and e-filing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and Adobe What We're Looking For
