Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant-Cardiology Practice

A private cardiology practice is looking for a certified Nurse Practitioner or certified Physician Assistant. Successful applicants will possess excellent interpersonal, clinical and communications skills, to provide cardiovascular care in both clinic and hospital settings in collaboration with board certified cardiologists. Recent NP or PA graduates are welcome to apply. Exposure to cardiac intensive care in the hospital setting is very helpful. This can be a full-time position. Applicants must have a valid Texas license and ACLS certification. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some partial weekends. Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and provide patient care in a cardiology practice setting.
• Utilize EHR systems to document patient information accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide health coaching and education to patients on cardiac care and treatment options.
