2nd & 3rd Shift Production Laborers

Job Overview We are seeking reliable and motivated 2nd & 3rd Shift Production Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced factory environment, running CNC and Thermoforming machines and ensuring production goals are met efficiently. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience working with hand tools and power tools. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred. This position offers full-time employment with paid hours and opportunities for skill development within a dynamic manufacturing facility. Duties Operate and assist CNC & Thermoforming machines to ensure smooth production flow Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to assemble products according to specifications Conduct quality checks on finished products and identify any defects or issues Support material handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials within the manufacturing facility Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to adhere to safety standards Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during shift hours Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment or machinery when necessary Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing experience highly preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours reliably, including weekends if required Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks safely This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking steady employment in manufacturing with room for growth and skill enhancement within a professional environment.
