We are currently looking for a dependable, hands-on Bagger Operator to help lead production operations and keep our packaging lines running efficiently and safely. What You'll Do As a Bagger Operator you will play a key role in ensuring packaging operations run smoothly and products meet company quality standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Setting up and monitoring packaging equipment and code daters Verifying correct packaging materials and product counts Assisting with line changeovers and minor machine adjustments Ensuring products meet food safety and quality standards Coordinating with QA, Operators, Maintenance, and Production teams Monitoring packaging line efficiency and minimizing downtime Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the shift Leading by example and helping enforce company policies, GMPs, and safety standards Completing production paperwork and reports accurately What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Has previous manufacturing or production experience (food manufacturing preferred) Can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrates leadership, teamwork, and communication skills Is dependable and willing to help wherever needed Can troubleshoot minor equipment or packaging issues Understands the importance of food safety and quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to work in hot/cold production environments Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling up to 30 lbs Ability to maintain production pace throughout the shift Why Join Tortilla King?
