2nd Shift General Laborer

Join our team in Monroe, NC! We're currently hiring General Laborers for a growing company with long-term potential. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on 2nd shift—perfect for someone reliable, energetic, and ready to work!

Position:

General Laborer Shifts Available:

2nd shift

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday (3:30pm-2:00am)

Pay:

$15 per hour Key Responsibilities Picking and packing products Lifting, pushing, and pulling materials Frequent kneeling, bending, and reaching Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following safety procedures at all times Supporting general warehouse and production tasks as needed Requirements Must be able to work scheduled hours consistently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift for extended periods Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Able to lift up to 50lbs Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus (but not required)
