Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 3K Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners. As a 3K Teacher, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional development, and foundational skills. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to early childhood education standards. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children. Utilize effective classroom management and behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and emotional well-being. Conduct ongoing assessments of children's developmental progress through observations, standardized testing, and documentation to inform instruction. Plan engaging lessons that incorporate hands-on activities, play-based learning, and age-appropriate instructional strategies. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support early intervention efforts when needed. Maintain accurate records related to child welfare, attendance, lesson plans, and developmental milestones in compliance with licensing requirements. Incorporate special education strategies to support children with diverse learning needs and ensure inclusive classroom practices. Support children's physical development by integrating physical education activities and promoting healthy habits within the classroom routine. Manage classroom logistics efficiently while fostering a nurturing environment aligned with early childhood education best practices. Experience Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects such as literacy education, math, and physical education. Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere through classroom management techniques. Strong communication skills for engaging with parents, colleagues, and community partners to support child welfare and development goals. $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
