Accountant

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting for construction business, financial services, and proficiency in accounting software Sage Intacct.

• Duties:

• Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation
• Manage accrual accounting processes
• Utilize financial accounting principles to prepare monthly financial statements
• Work with private equity transactions
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Budget forecast with analysis of income and expenses.
• Prepare proper reports each week, month, quarter, and yearly to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Working with CPA Firm as necessary to prepare documents and bi-yearly CPA reviewed statements.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct
• Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation
• Familiarity with accrual accounting practices
• Maintaining the privacy of financial information and ensuring this privacy is kept with documents kept in office.
