This role is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, and maintaining healthy cash flow through timely collections. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and skilled at communicating with internal teams and external customers. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $30-$33 an hour.
Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and overdue payments Apply incoming payments (ACH, wire, checks, credit cards) to customer accounts Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve inquiries Initiate collection efforts on past-due accounts while maintaining positive relationships Prepare aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting Support month-end closing activities and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controlsQualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
