Responsibilities:

Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner Track, monitor, and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable Post and reconcile incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit card, etc.) Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Maintain accurate customer account records in accounting systems Communicate professionally with customers regarding invoices, balances, and payment status Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliation

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience required Hands-on experience using QuickBooks is required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred We are looking for someone dependable, accurate, and confident in communicating with customers, field managers, and office staff to ensure smooth payment processes and strong financial accuracy.
