Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading recreational, social, and wellness activities for residents Support residents' emotional, physical, cognitive, and social well-being through engaging programming Work closely with the Life Enrichment Director to create meaningful resident experiences Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents and families Assist with group activities, special events, outings, and holiday programming Prepare activity materials, supplies, and room setups as needed Support residents across all levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing Maintain activity documentation and attendance records as assigned Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work scheduled weekdays and rotating weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused approach Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, or senior living preferred Experience working with older adults preferred Creative and team-oriented mindset Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Life & AD&D Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Accident & Critical Illness Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Ready to Apply?
