Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM We're hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who can own the floor—driving production, enforcing safety, maintaining quality, and developing a team—while stepping in when needed. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and supervise production employees on 2nd shift Manage daily production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet shipment goals Maintain quality standards in an ISO-driven environment Coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations on product changes and issues Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality challenges in real time Train, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance standards Support hiring efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new employees Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, efficiency) Step in as a working supervisor when needed on the floor What You Bring (Required) Prior manufacturing supervision experience (must-have) Experience with production scheduling and inventory coordination Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience creating work instructions, SOPs, or procedures Ability to manage performance, accountability, and employee development Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Experience Experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems Knowledge of OSHA 10 or 30 Associate degree in Industrial Technology or related field What You'll Get Competitive base salary ($75K-$85K DOE) Annual bonus (~5% profit sharing) Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, holidays) Stable, growing manufacturing environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on operations and team performance Work Environment Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and production activity Hands-on leadership role requiring time on the floor, not just in an office Apply Today If you're a manufacturing supervisor who can lead from the front, solve problems on the fly, and drive production results, apply now to learn more. #LPCS
