Part-time Job Title:
Activity and Social Media Coordinator Location:
Eagle Mountain House and Golf Course Jackson, New Hampshire Position Overview:
The Activity and Social Media Coordinator creates memorable moments for our guests by designing and celebrating engaging activities and events throughout our historic hotel and golf course. You will also connect with our community online to enhance guest experience, grow engagement, and welcome future guests to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse calendar of guest activities, including golf tournaments, themed weekends, historical tours, wellness events, and family-friendly programs.
  • Collaborate with hotel, golf, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and post engaging content across hotel social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), including event coverage, guest highlights, and behind-the-scenes stories.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and reviews on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Capture and curate high-quality photographs and videos to showcase hotel amenities, events, and guest experiences.
  • Create marketing materials for on-site and digital promotion of activities and special offers, working closely with social media department.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and report on performance.
  • Foster relationships with local partners, influencers, and community organizations to increase visibility and collaborations
  • Ensure all activities and communications reflect the historic character and unique offerings of the property.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination and/or social media management (hospitality setting preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative eye for photography, videography, and content creation
  • Proficient with social media platforms, analytics, and basic graphic design tools
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events
Pay:
$20.00
