Bartender/Server

Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS . Mix and serve drinks efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide attentive service by checking on guests regularly and responding promptly to their needs. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling with precision and integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food delivery from kitchen to table, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while maintaining excellent customer service. Support catering, banquet, nightclub, or retail events as needed to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is highly desirable. Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering environments will be advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts. Knowledge of basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and responsible alcohol service protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Food safety certification or training in food handling practices is a plus.
