Position Summary:
This candidate reports to the Global Ad Operations Sr. Manager - Global Media Operations (GMO) within the Network Partnerships and Programming department. This person will work at the direction of the Ad Operations leadership team and will be responsible for various operational tasks supporting both linear and digital ad operations across the organization's media platforms.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Traffic and manage ad campaigns across both linear (TV/network) and digital platforms (web, mobile, and other digital environments), ensuring accurate setup, pacing, and delivery.
  • Support trafficking for a 24/7 network, including maintaining logs, schedules, and inventory across national and local linear platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery issues in real time to ensure campaigns run smoothly across platforms.
  • Partner closely with internal marketing and media sponsorship teams to execute and optimize media plans.
  • Manage campaign assets, tags, and tracking to ensure proper implementation and reporting.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication across internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and programming.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
  • Hands-on experience with ad trafficking across linear and/or digital platforms
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar ad serving/traffic systems (e.g., WideOrbit or other broadcast systems)
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Must be able to work within a team environment
Educational Background Required:
Undergraduate college degree preferred
