Job Description
Job description Program Director - Adaptive Sports (Full-Time) Adaptive Sports at Mount Snow is seeking a collaborative, mission-driven Program Director to lead and grow our year-round adaptive sports programs. This role oversees program development, staff and volunteer leadership, participant engagement, and community partnerships to ensure high-quality, inclusive experiences for individuals with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and evaluate adaptive sports programs Supervise and train staff and volunteers Recruit and support program participants and families Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups Manage program schedules, budgets, and documentation Ensure safety, compliance, and best practices across all programs Qualifications Experience managing recreation or adaptive sports programs Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Supervisory experience required (2+ years preferred) Knowledge of adaptive sports and working with individuals with disabilities Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) What We're Looking For A flexible, hands-on leader who can balance strategy and day-to-day operations while fostering an inclusive, supportive environment.
