Job Description

SUMMARY The Administrative and Technology Assistant for Enrollment Management serves as the primary "super user" for recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management technology. This role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of enrollment systems, data processes, and administrative operations that support recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts. This position provides critical backend support for the recruitment team by managing CRM functionality, reporting, data integrity, and operational workflows while serving as a liaison between Student Affairs, IT, and institutional partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Operational Support Support admissions processing, document tracking, and application workflows. Maintain enrollment records, deadlines, and compliance documentation. Coordinate data exchanges with Financial Aid, Registrar, Advising, and other campus systems. Assist with audit preparation, compliance reporting, and internal reviews. Enrollment Technology & CRM Management Serve as the primary administrator and super user for the College's CRM and enrollment management systems. Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, communication plans, queries, and automation within the CRM. Ensure accurate tracking of prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate solutions with IT or external vendors. Data Management & Reporting Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across enrollment systems. Generate regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment, applications, yield, and enrollment trends. Support leadership decision-making through data analysis and dashboard development. Monitor data entry standards and provide training or corrective guidance as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May supervise student workers and student ambassadors. May provide functional training or guidance to staff using enrollment systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred (Information Systems, Business, Higher Education, or related field). Experience with CRM systems, enrollment technology, or student information systems required. Experience in admissions, registrar, or student services operations preferred. Skills & Competencies High attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate technical processes into clear guidance for staff. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage deadlines and multiple system processes simultaneously.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
