COPY LINK link Adecco is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a client in Liverpool, NY. This position is temp-to-hire, paying $17-19/hour. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will involve front desk reception, data entry, customer support, clerical tasks, and general administrative assistance to multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct iing phone calls Greet visitors and assist with front desk responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with order entry, billing, and document processing Support customer service and office staff as needed Maintain filing systems and office documentation Handle iing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain office supplies and assist with general officeanizationQualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strongmunication and customer service skills Excellentanizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Advanced English reading, writing, andprehension skillsPay Details:
