Excellence in every interaction.•Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented Administrative Assistant and Sales Coordinator to support daily operations, client communication, and sales growth. This is a proactive, client facing role. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with outreach and sales conversations, and capable of representing a high end luxury brand with professionalism and consistency. This position plays a critical role in converting leads into clients while ensuring a polished and organized customer experience from first contact through project completion.•Key Responsibilities Client Communication and Front Office Answer incoming calls with professionalism and urgency Manage client communication via phone, email, and text Schedule estimates, site visits, and installations Maintain a polished, brand consistent client experience Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and installation process Sales and Business Development Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up on inbound leads Support the sales pipeline through consistent communication and follow up Assist in converting leads into booked estimates and sold projects Educate potential clients on CLG Lighting services and products Track and manage leads within the CRM Maintain sales metrics, lead tracking, and follow up systems Assist ownership and estimators with proposal preparation and client coordination Identify opportunities for upselling maintenance plans, landscape lighting, permanent lighting, and holiday lighting services Administrative and Systems Management Utilize Jobber CRM for scheduling and job tracking Assist with invoicing and payments using QuickBooks Online Maintain accurate records and organized systems Coordinate calendars, timelines, and internal operations Support workflow organization between office staff, sales, and field crews Office Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Support general administrative tasks and team coordination Ensure all client facing materials meet CLG brand standards Assist with marketing coordination, social media scheduling, and promotional campaigns when needed Qualifications Experience in administrative support, office management, customer service, or sales Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and confident phone presence, including cold calling and sales conversations Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Experience with QuickBooks Online and Jobber preferred, or ability to learn quickly Self starter with a proactive and solution oriented mindset Comfortable working in a performance driven and client focused environment What We Expect Commitment to excellence in every task Professional communication and appearance Ownership of your role and pride in your work Ability to consistently represent a high end luxury brand Confidence in client interaction and sales communication Team oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Compensation $20 to $32 per hour depending on experience Sales commission and performance based incentive opportunities Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Performance incentives tied to organization, efficiency, lead conversion, and client experience Benefits Flexible schedule•
