Administrative Assistant - Office Manager Alzheimer's New Jersey® is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services and support to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia in New Jersey. We are pleased to be expanding our professional staff team and are now accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager supporting our President and CEO. This position is based in our headquarters office in Roseland, New Jersey. The position will be responsible for varied duties that will include maintaining a non-profit Board of Directors' and committees' minutes and records, files and correspondence; designing and maintaining administrative record-keeping systems; assisting with employee benefit enrollment, changes and terminations; assisting with employee recruitment and onboarding; maintaining personnel records: assisting with payroll processing; basic IT and managing a small to medium size office environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a BA/BS degree and 3 years previous office and personnel management experience, excellent interpersonal communication skills; the ability to work independently and anticipate and plan for support assistance; the ability to multi-task and work well with deadlines and time sensitive matters and enjoy working with people and varied work. Some schedule flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend programs and events. We offer a competitive salary/benefits package and are an equal opportunity employer.
