Unit Manager, LPN or RN Competitive Pay Rates:

LPN $40•45; RN $50•55 Full-time Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k Holiday Pay Paid Time Off We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (LPN or RN) to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare unit. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing practices and regulatory compliance while leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with medical professionals. Monitor patient progress and coordinate with physicians and families regarding treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies. Train and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations. Manage unit schedules, staffing, and resource allocation effectively. Address and resolve any patient care concerns or issues. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the unit.

Qualifications:

Active LPN or RN license in the state of NJ Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or acute care setting. Previous experience as a Unit Manager in an SNF, LTC, or acute care, required Must have a current/active CPR certification. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
