Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year A bit about us: We are a reputable mid level personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients for over 25 years. Our team is committed to excellence, and we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position can be in office, hybrid, or remote. Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, closed on Friday's! We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law (Washington State) and will be responsible for managing pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement disbursement. Job Details Key Responsibilities:

? Be the leader of a team of 2 Case Managers and 2 Legal Assistants and 275 cases ? Excellent at managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment ? Ability to work well with others and enjoy a team environment ? Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations ? Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers ? Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements ? Maintain organized case files and documentation in Filevine or similar CMS ? Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management ? Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the pre-litigation process

Qualifications:

? Happy and dedicated to helping others ? Knowledge of Ai tools ? Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school ? Active license to practice law in Washington State ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation ? Strong negotiation and communication skills ? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities ?
