Job Description

Administrative Assistant•Estate Planning & Probate Sprute Law•Duvall, WA Part-Time Sprute Law is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our estate planning and probate law office in Duvall. We pride ourselves on providing clients with professional, accessible, and compassionate legal services, and we are looking for someone who will contribute to a positive and organized client experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently in a client-focused environment. Prior administrative or legal office experience is preferred. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and communicate professionally with clients Manage incoming and outgoing emails and client correspondence Schedule phone calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person appointments Maintain and update the office calendar daily Create and maintain physical and digital client files Track important client information, dates, and documentation Request and organize client documents and information Assist with document preparation and general office administration Serve as a witness during signing appointments when needed Qualifications 1-2 years of administrative assistant or office experience preferred Legal office experience is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Comfortable learning office management/database software Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Estate planning or probate knowledge is preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits Part-time position (15•20 hrs per week, ideally 10am•2pm Mon through Thurs) compensation based on experience Flexible schedule, supportive and professional work environment To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in the position.
