Administrative & Order Fulfillment Coordinator We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist with customer orders, shipping, invoicing, and office support. Responsibilities include order processing, creating shipping labels, basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks, data entry, and managing spreadsheets in Excel and Word. Experience with Mailchimp or email marketing is a plus.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word QuickBooks experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Customer service or shipping experience is a plus Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Compensation:
