Position Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dependable and detail-oriented Admin to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of office experience who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and organizing documents Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records Support scheduling, calendar management, and general administrative functions Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking Help ensure the office remains clean, organized, and professional Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
