Service Administrator Cummins Inc. - 3.8 Henderson, CO Job Details 1 day ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Cash balance pension plan Pension plan Life insurance Qualifications Incident Escalation Computer skills Escalation handling Full Job Description We are looking for a talented Service Advisor for our Distribution business in Henderson, CO. 100% Onsite You will make an impact in the following ways: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at the branch Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Identify customer needs and gather relevant equipment and repair information Prepare quotes, estimates, claims, and repair plans Provide customers with timely updates on the status of repair work Create and review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty processing Communicate the value of recommended and additional services to customers Escalate technical issues and use available resources to obtain product and repair information Complete additional administrative tasks as needed In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner Previous experience in service and repair, warranty administration, service coordination, or a related field preferred Experience preparing estimates and communicating the value of additional services is a plus Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple software platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced service environment Ability to gather technical information and appropriately escalate complex issues High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent relevant experience Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
