Job Description

Overview This role provides direct assistance to the Directors of Patient Transportation and Environmental Services and oversees processes that support both departments. The Admin Associate will manage operational and administrative processes, to include greeting customers, answering phones, maintaining calendars, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements. The Admin Associate will oversee organizational systems for data management, both for physical and online documents and will assist with special projects. This position is a key contributor to effective department operations.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements and Education:
HS diploma or GED equivalent Three to five years of progressively responsible administrative/secretarial experience with independent project task management required. Experience must include independent use of personal computer applications and word processing, spreadsheet and database management skills (such as Word, Access and Excel.) Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities.
